Welcome to Linkana!

Linkana is a supplier management platform built to optimize processes related to risk, quality, data, diversity and other relevant information for supplier approval in large companies.


If you have made it this far, you are probably a supplier related to one of these big players in the market. In your email inbox, you should have an invitation to create your account on our platform and access your registration screen, where you can send your information to your buyer.

There is no cost for suppliers on our platform, and all information is managed with a high degree of confidentiality, respecting all information security measures.

Step 1: Create your account.

Creating your account is very simple and quick. After opening the invitation email to create an account sent by your buyer, click on "Criar sua conta na Linkana" (Create your account on Linkana) or, if the button does not work, use the link provided just below the button.

Step 2: Create your password.

When creating your password, make sure it meets the following security criteria:

To complete the account creation, you will be redirected to the screen below, where you only need to create a password with a minimum of 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one special character, and one number.


Step 3: Fill the form with your company infos

If you are a supplier to different buyers on our platform, on this screen, you will see the respective processes for each buyer.

When you click on your process, you will see the list of documents required for your registration process. Now, just fill in the information and upload the requested documents.

Whenever you attach a document, you need to click on the "Salvar e continuar" (Save and continue) button, so that it is saved in our cloud.

If you do not have the requested documentation, mark "Não possuo o documento" (I do not have the requested document) and provide a justification.

If you need to exit your account, you can continue from where you left off without losing your progress.

Access our platform again using the button below and continue with your process.

Then just wait for your buyer to review your registration. If you need to submit any additional documents, you will be notified by email.

Note: Approval or rejection of registrations is not done by the Linkana team. To find out why your registration was rejected, you need to contact directly the buyer responsible for your registration.
